What you'll do

• Provide technical guidance on tire mechanics, fitments, balancing, TPMS, and vibration diagnosis
• train and mentor technicians
• oversee scheduling, dispatch, and route optimization
• maintain vehicle inventory and equipment
• monitor van utilization and equipment upkeep
• conduct job quality checks
• handle escalated customer inquiries
• manage service ticketing, invoice review, warranty processing, and efficiency tracking.
