What you'll do

• Repair, modify, and construct molds, dies, tooling, and fixtures
• analyze tooling performance problems
• interpret specifications and coordinate with Engineering
• operate machine tools and processes including casting, coining, and molding
• work with steels, plastics, and composites
• apply knowledge of heat treating, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• follow quality standards and safety procedures
• maintain a clean work area.
