Part-Time Property Operations Technician

Job overview

The Part-Time Property Operations Technician role is onsite in Monroe, NC, working across assigned self-storage properties. Compensation is $24 per hour. 10 Federal is a self-storage company, and this role supports the operation and professional appearance of its facilities. The technician independently completes inspections, maintenance, repairs, and service requests, while coordinating contractor activity and completing property task lists. The role also supports auction and delinquency procedures and works with call center agents to schedule customer needs.

What you'll do

• Drive to assigned properties
• inspect storage units
• perform repairs, light maintenance, and service requests
• complete manager-provided task lists
• oversee contractors such as landscapers and painters
• prepare auction units, clean them out, and dispose of abandoned goods
• maintain facility interiors, exteriors, and grounds
• support monthly auctions and delinquency procedures
• coordinate scheduling with call center agents.
