What you'll do

• Receive and pay out funds accurately
• complete opening, closing, and balancing procedures
• perform routine and advanced branch transactions, including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and balance inquiries
• identify relevant products and services
• assess member needs and assist promptly
• use conflict-management practices with escalated members
• provide individualized member experiences.
