What you'll do

• Lead strategy, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of Workday Compensation
• own annual planning, incentive and bonus programs, eligibility, salary structures, market adjustments, one-time payments, and compensation statements
• evaluate requirements and recommend solutions
• drive automation and process optimization
• assess cross-functional impacts
• support governance and release management
• troubleshoot production issues
• advise leadership
• mentor team members
• partner with Compensation, Total Rewards, HR, Finance, Payroll, Technology, and other stakeholders.
