What you'll do

• Obtain bidding documents and project information
• manage and estimate change orders
• coordinate contract information
• determine quality and safety requirements
• manage field surveys and documentation
• maintain erection plans and project schedules
• coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, deliveries, and erection sequences
• communicate contract requirements to subcontractors and project personnel
• manage drawing distribution and requests for information
• report job costs.
