Regional Field Marketing Manager

The Regional Field Marketing Manager role is onsite in West Palm Beach, FL. Compensation is $100,000–$125,000 per year, plus commission and overrides. Coastal Water and Air provides water-treatment services and has helped homeowners improve water quality for more than 60 years. The role exists to lead and improve door-to-door canvassing operations and support the company’s field marketing production. The manager hires, trains, and coaches canvassers, develops neighborhood routes, and tracks team performance to improve results.
