This role leads digitalization and innovation initiatives, partnering with operations, engineering, and data science teams to enhance performance through advanced analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and technology adoption.

What you'll do

• Lead the identification, prioritization, deployment, and scaling of digital solutions that improve HROC services and plant performance.
• Drive the adoption of AI, advanced analytics, automation, digital twins, and decision-support tools.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for HROC data science resources.
• Partner with HROC operations, engineering, and Group Digital teams to deliver performance improvements.
• Champion innovation by managing SparkHub and maintaining an innovation pipeline.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement innovative solutions that support continuous improvement and digital transformation.
