What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow configurations, custom applications, and automated workflows
• build and enhance Service Catalog items and Flow Designer automations
• optimize ITSM modules
• implement REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub integrations
• translate business requirements into technical solutions
• perform unit, integration, and regression testing
• maintain update sets and technical documentation
• at the Architect level, mentor developers and support release management, peer reviews, governance, and compliance.
