What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and permanent-placement efforts for specialty physicians and advanced practitioners
• source and engage candidates using phone, electronic, and online networking methods
• conduct onsite and virtual client meetings
• develop targeted advertising campaigns
• coordinate interviews, negotiations, and closings
• maintain client relationships and candidate satisfaction
• use Salesforce and job boards to manage searches and provider information
• meet monthly and quarterly productivity goals.
