What you'll do

• Organize plates by ticket
• check modifications, allergies, and dietary restrictions
• finish and verify plate presentation
• communicate between servers and kitchen staff
• deliver meals and answer guest questions
• maintain kitchen cleanliness
• pre-bus, clean, and set tables
• package to-go orders
• monitor ticket times
• stock stations and assist with food preparation as needed.
