What you'll do

• Lead development and execution of a three-to-five-year innovation strategy
• manage product development from concept through commercialization
• set portfolio direction for recipe improvement, pack and price architecture, and margin enhancement
• translate consumer insights and eating trends into commercially viable propositions
• lead and participate in ideation workstreams
• coach and develop one direct report and lead multifunctional teams and agency partners through launches, partnerships, and re-stages.
