The consultant conducts in-home inspections, identifies homeowner needs, recommends roofing or exterior solutions, presents scope, pricing, and financing, and guides customers through the consultation and agreement process. The role uses ServiceTitan for contracts and documentation, maintains sales materials and a company vehicle, and may generate additional opportunities through referrals and self-sourced leads. Local travel and evening or weekend appointments may be required.

What you'll do

• Conduct multiple in-home inspections and consultations daily
• diagnose homeowner needs and recommend roofing or exterior solutions
• present scope, pricing, and financing options
• guide homeowners from inspection to agreement
• complete contracts and documentation in ServiceTitan
• maintain professional presentation, vehicle, and sales materials
• generate additional opportunities through referrals and self-sourced leads
• travel locally to customer homes.
