• Set strategic direction for Nevada survey work
• lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• drive quality, risk management, and safety compliance
• mentor, hire, and develop staff
• represent the company in municipal, regional, and state forums
• lead business development and proposal development
• monitor funding cycles
• cultivate relationships with agencies, councils, and community partners
• manage multi-project delivery and quality processes.
