What you'll do

• Oversee operations of the Washington branch including Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments.
• Supervise branch departments to ensure customer service.
• Maintain 1-million-square foot distribution center grounds.
• Support recruitment and retention of talent.
• Provide senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.
