What you'll do

• Set up and operate equipment safely
• verify codes at shift start
• monitor production lines and equipment
• clean and inspect machines
• perform setups and changeovers
• coordinate production operations for a line of 4–10 people
• maintain product quality and packaged-product quality
• coordinate line-personnel training
• perform light maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
• maintain a safe work area
• follow GMP and PPE guidelines.
