What you'll do

• Lead energizing, safe, educational group classes
• adapt instruction to participants’ capabilities, physical conditions, health, and culture
• build relationships and support participants’ wellness goals
• inspect equipment and class space
• communicate YMCA information
• maintain attendance records
• respond to emergencies
• attend scheduled meetings and training
• obtain a substitute instructor when needed.
