The Contractor Logistics Support/Field Service Representative is an onsite role based in Tacoma, WA, with a salary range of $73,450 to $132,775 per year. This position supports the Leidos Defense Sector's weapons systems program at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM). The role exists to provide on-site, day-to-day operation and maintenance support for the Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC Inc 2) missile defense system. The representative will assist end-users with field-level tasks, perform sustainment-level maintenance, and ensure the operational readiness of the launcher/interceptor solution.

• Manage and monitor maintenance and sustainment programs
• conduct services and hardware/software troubleshooting
• perform root cause analysis
• create and update work orders
• interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
• handle electrostatic sensitive devices
• support technical training programs
• maintain communication with customers and partner agencies.
