What you'll do

• Lead and manage the Data Engineering squad
• design, build, and optimize cloud data pipelines, data lakes, warehouses, and enterprise data solutions
• apply Data Vault modeling
• develop ingestion, transformation, preparation, and quality processes
• support relational and NoSQL processing and API-based services
• establish validation, monitoring, metadata, and lineage practices
• partner with business and technology teams on requirements and designs
• advance Insurance Data and Analytics capabilities
• promote engineering standards and Agile practices
• mentor team members.

Why this role

Requires eight years of progressive data engineering experience, including Snowflake and AWS experience. Tools and technologies include S3, AWS CLI, Lambda, DynamoDB, dbt, Qlik Replicate, InfoSphere DataStage, CP4D, Python, Git, and DevOps. Insurance data-domain knowledge is a plus.
