What you'll do

• Prepare and draft SEC Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K
• maintain supporting disclosure documentation
• manage tie-outs for external financial information
• collaborate with Investor Relations, Treasury, subsidiaries, and auditors
• manage legal entity financial statements and IFRS statutory reporting
• review earnings-per-share calculations
• manage reporting schedules and internal-control documentation
• lead XBRL tagging review
• support external audits
• analyze financial statements and trends
• execute and document SOX controls
• research reporting requirements
• support technical accounting matters and related memos.
