What you'll do

• Manage complex legal matters across assigned business units
• draft legal memoranda, opinions, and recommendations
• negotiate, draft, and interpret contracts and legal documents concerning loans, leases, insurance, and related matters
• provide legal strategy for agricultural lending, including collateral, loan structure, borrower eligibility, and servicing
• manage lending and contractual templates
• support related financial services and syndicated lending
• advise executives and teams on legal and compliance risks
• monitor laws, regulations, and industry trends
• provide training and contribute to legal team priorities.
