What you'll do

• Prepare food according to café standards and daily prep lists
• rotate products using first-in-first-out practices
• perform inventory and food orders
• maintain stockroom and dry storage
• keep refrigeration temperature logs
• clean kitchen areas, equipment, dishes, and small wares
• communicate with managers and front staff
• and provide efficient, friendly service to guests.
