What you'll do

• Coordinate event logistics, including vendors, scheduling, and budgeting, with the Event Operations Manager
• assist with planning and day-of coordination for HarborWalk Village events
• manage event supplies and inventory
• conduct market research
• support community outreach and communications
• prepare after-action reports and distribute event collateral
• coordinate meetings with on-property staff.
