What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership and operational support across the nursing department
• coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• support staff orientation and training
• coordinate quality improvement and assurance activities
• audit documentation and systems for regulatory compliance
• support survey readiness
• participate in incident investigations and root-cause analysis
• and assist with staffing oversight, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and staff development. Participate in the leadership on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends as needed.
