What you'll do

• Welcome members and visitors
• build relationships through personalized service
• advise on credit union products and services
• make outbound calls to support relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities
• discuss budgeting and financial goals
• perform deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, account maintenance, and related transactions
• initiate consumer, reserve, and real estate loan applications
• process account applications
• support business account services
• research and document member issues
• follow Bank Secrecy Act responsibilities.

Why this role
