What you'll do

• Climb communications towers to install, replace, and repair antenna systems
• use hand tools and mechanical equipment
• complete daily job safety analyses
• perform testing and antenna alignment
• install antennas, radio equipment, ground kits, and RET systems
• troubleshoot RET systems
• run and ground coax lines
• stack tower steel and install sector mounts
• complete closeout packages
• train lower-level technicians.
