What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinic operations
• maintain a clinic-based caseload of four to six clients
• conduct intake evaluations, functional behavioral assessments, and skills assessments
• provide clinical oversight for clients and staff
• identify staff development needs
• assist with services for clients on other BCBAs’ caseloads when needed
• coordinate clinic schedules and ensure a BCBA is onsite during operating hours
• and communicate with clients, staff, the Clinical Director, and Central Office. Requires a valid BCBA certificate and three or more years of BCBA experience.
