What you'll do

• Complete scheduling for resident care staff
• collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to orient staff, monitor progress, and reinforce training
• complete required company and state documentation
• assist with implementing state regulations
• provide manager-on-duty coverage
• present the community and participate in staff meetings and community events
• audit Medication Administration Reports and notify the pharmacy of changes
• inspect resident records
• complete resident assessments according to company and licensure guidelines.
