Combination Services Technician | Telecommunications

Job overview

The Combination Services Technician role is onsite in Lander, WY; compensation is $27.74–$40.63 per hour. The technician supports Range’s telecommunications services, network equipment, and customer installations and repairs. The role installs and maintains voice, data, broadband, fiber, and related equipment; troubleshoots network issues; and coordinates repairs and service updates. It also supports facility systems and accurate records, helping maintain reliable customer services and network operations.

What you'll do

• Install and transfer voice, data, broadband, Ethernet, and other services
• install and maintain copper and fiber cabling, carrier systems, network devices, batteries, and wireless equipment
• troubleshoot and repair network equipment
• locate and mark underground utilities
• perform basic building maintenance and coordinate specialized repairs
• communicate with customers and departments
• complete installation and repair records
• monitor alarm systems
• follow safety and regulatory requirements. Participate in scheduled on-call rotation and emergency response during evenings and weekends
• work-related travel is expected as necessary.
