What you'll do

• Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of training.
• Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation.
• Hold sales and service teams accountable for daily activities.
• Deliver customer retention results.
• Mentor and develop team members through field evaluations and coaching.
• Manage Profit and Loss statements.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
