What you'll do

• Coordinate project resources, budgets, costs, schedules, risk, insurance, quality, and progress
• lead communication with field supervision, subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, consultants, and authorities
• manage contracts and purchase orders
• oversee project setup, preconstruction, construction, and closeout
• maintain schedules, project logs, cost reports, and billings
• conduct jobsite reviews and support safety-plan implementation.
