What you'll do

• Develop new business through cold calling and networking
• manage accounts and cross-sell or upsell
• perform system analysis and interpret data
• provide written recommendations
• prepare reports and proposals
• handle customer complaints
• collect samples and conduct laboratory analysis as required
• maintain sales and customer records in CRM
• provide forecasts and weekly status reports
• travel within the assigned territory, including up to 25% overnight travel.
