What you'll do

• Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs
• meet production and quality goals
• oversee daily team activities and coach, develop, and manage performance
• communicate expectations and performance measures
• resolve team conflicts
• ensure adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and standards
• review and approve identified vehicle defects
• partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair or rejection decisions
• train associates on quality control standards
• help complete repairs efficiently and reduce rework and delays
• promote safe work practices.
