What you'll do

• Manage assigned trust and estate administration and probate matters from opening through closing
• handle trust funding, asset retitling, court filings, inventories, accountings, and notices
• advise attorneys and support staff
• meet with clients and families
• review documents and files for accuracy
• mentor team members and contribute to workflow and service improvements.

Why this role

Requires an active Ohio law license in good standing and at least five years of customer service experience. Trust and estate administration or probate experience and elder law experience are preferred; a West Virginia license or willingness to obtain one within the first year is also preferred.
