Personnel Security Assistant

What you'll do

• Determine appropriate initial investigation or reinvestigation levels
• conduct preliminary records checks using OPM CVS
• initiate and assist with NBIS eApp processing
• review investigation information for completeness and discrepancies
• fingerprint applicants and employees
• conduct NCIC/NLETS inquiries and credit checks
• coordinate case status with stakeholders
• maintain records and protect sensitive information and PII.
