What you'll do

• Triage incoming requirements
• assist clients with establishing or extending Statements of Work and resource assignments
• gather supplier pricing, delivery schedules, and project terms
• support service-provider quality review, timekeeping, and milestone tracking
• maintain client and supplier relationships
• identify risks
• collect supplier performance data
• distribute Requests for Information
• maintain activity and performance reports
• answer or escalate client questions
• and close completed engagements in systems.
