Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is an onsite, full-time role in Greenville, SC, paying $30–$45 per hour. Under BCBA supervision, the BCaBA conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and oversees implementation of ABA programs. The role collaborates with families and a multidisciplinary team, guides behavior technicians, monitors intervention data, and documents client progress.

What you'll do

• Under BCBA supervision, conduct assessments and create treatment plans
• supervise implementation of ABA therapy programs
• collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals
• train and guide Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
• monitor and analyze intervention data
• maintain documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
