Creative Project Manager

The schedule is remote on Wednesdays and Fridays and in the Winooski headquarters on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; candidates must be based in or willing to relocate within driving distance of the office. Fuse is a full-service marketing agency creating brand engagements for teens and young adults. The manager serves as a liaison between the Creative Group, clients, and other internal teams, coordinating resources, schedules, workflow, and budgets. The role guides creative projects from planning through delivery and helps establish processes that keep work on time and aligned with client goals.

What you'll do

• Develop creative management processes and standards
• lead projects across print, digital, and social channels
• maintain calendars, timelines, task lists, estimates, and budgets
• organize project assets
• manage review and approval processes
• coordinate team workloads, freelancers, and vendors
• support creative concepting with research and references
• travel occasionally for client meetings and events as needed
• support event setup and execution.
