What you'll do

• Welcome first-time guests and lead studio tours
• discuss wellness goals and present memberships and packages
• handle objections and follow up with leads by phone, text, and CRM
• meet conversion, upgrade, and retention targets
• open or close the studio
• check in members, manage appointments, process transactions, and handle account questions
• support outreach and events
• reset sauna suites, manage laundry, clean common areas, restock supplies, and perform routine facility checks.
