What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices and payments
• manage payment runs and vendor records
• verify vendor bank details
• track utility and payroll benefit payables
• record receipts and maintain AR aging
• manage collections
• create invoices and release orders or payments in SAP
• adjust credit limits under established guidelines
• prepare bank reconciliations and journal entries
• collaborate with internal departments
• maintain records for audits and month-end close.
