The Inventory Control Specialist role is onsite in New Glarus, WI, with pay of $18.58–$27.87 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM–3:00 AM. Link Snacks makes protein snacks across brands including Jack Link’s, Lorissa’s Kitchen, Golden Island, BiFi, Peperami, and KOOEE!. The specialist supports plant operations by reconciling inventory and warehouse transactions, identifying errors, and resolving documentation and order issues. Accurate records and process improvements help maintain reliable inventory and shipping operations while following food safety and workplace standards.

What you'll do

• Support implementation and ongoing operation of plant business processes
• reconcile SAP transactions by department
• identify transaction errors and document improvement opportunities
• monitor and record processes including label printing and tracking
• resolve unfinished orders, documentation gaps, and inventory issues
• reconcile warehouse movements
• support risk mitigation for system failures
• compare plant paperwork with SAP transactions
• help correct shipping and receiving errors
• follow OSHA, GMP, HACCP, SOP, and sanitation requirements.

Why this role
