• address questions about order status, pricing, shipping, inventory, and fulfillment
• investigate and resolve moderately complex issues
• coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Operations
• support import and export activities and trade compliance
• maintain accurate customer, order, and transaction records.
