What you'll do

• Complete the Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health licensing process during the first two weeks
• make outbound calls and pursue daily production expectations
• learn agency systems and sales processes
• develop life, commercial, and referral business in later tiers
• train incoming Tier 1 participants
• lead the daily huddle in Tier 3
• prepare a Farmers business plan.
