What you'll do

• Model customer service, clienteling, and sales interactions
• ensure staff follow service standards
• meet store and metric goals
• grow and manage clientele
• support product knowledge and team selling
• partner with Visual Merchandising on floor sets and window changes as needed
• oversee opening and closing according to guidelines
• process point-of-sale transactions
• support inventory accuracy and shrink reduction
• assist with tracking and communicating business results
• coach associates and address or escalate conflict appropriately.
