This role supports the studio by welcoming and assisting members and guests, handling check-ins and inquiries, and building relationships that encourage membership and package sales. It also helps maintain a clean, orderly studio and supports instructors in creating a positive community environment.

What you'll do

• Greet and check in members and guests
• answer in-person and email inquiries
• promote memberships, packages, specials, and merchandise
• follow up with prospective and enrolled members
• tour prospective members
• handle billing and payment questions
• maintain studio cleanliness, supplies, and logs
• meet personal sales targets.
