The Unit Manager oversees nursing operations on an assigned unit and is accountable for coordinating resident care and supporting safe, person-centered outcomes. The role provides clinical leadership to nursing staff, monitors care-plan and regulatory compliance, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.

What you'll do

• Assume accountability for resident care on the assigned nursing unit.
• Coordinate care to support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
• Ensure timely incident reporting and follow-up.
• Participate in facility committees and programs as directed.
• Help develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures.
• Guide nursing staff, monitor care-plan and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
