General Manager

What you'll do

• Direct day-to-day café operations, P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
• partner with culinary, nutrition, and marketing teams on dining concepts
• collaborate with procurement, risk management, and people operations
• lead talent acquisition, development, coaching, and counseling
• maintain food safety, workplace security, and compliance
• communicate with clients, leadership, and guests and resolve feedback.
