What you'll do

• Create a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom
• plan and implement child-led, play-based learning experiences
• integrate social-emotional learning into routines and play
• observe and document children’s development
• collaborate with co-teachers on responsive learning experiences
• communicate and partner with families
• participate in professional development and contribute to NAEYC/TRS 4-Star accreditation standards.
