What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop technicians, installers, and route drivers
• conduct daily huddles, ride-alongs, reviews, and coaching
• provide hands-on service support and coverage as needed
• maintain an organized shop and service workflow
• stage equipment and order parts
• monitor service tickets and documentation
• coordinate installation schedules and vehicle readiness
• support preventive maintenance and complex service situations
• manage parts, tools, and supplies inventory.
