Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule and compensation of $53,000–$58,000 per year, based on experience. Amerifleet Transportation supports transportation-related operations, and this role works with Finance and cross-functional partners. The analyst manages complex, high-value customer accounts and escalated receivables issues to support collections performance, cash flow, risk management, and accurate financial reporting. The role also identifies process improvements and provides technical guidance to other accounts receivable analysts.

What you'll do

• Manage complex customer accounts and ensure accurate, timely invoicing
• serve as an escalation point for billing, collections, and receivables issues
• lead collection efforts for high-risk and aged receivables
• analyze account activity and resolve dispute causes
• review and prepare adjustments, credits, write-offs, and settlements
• maintain executive-level customer relationships
• prepare aged-receivables analysis, cash-forecasting inputs, dispute trends, and risk assessments
• identify ways to improve cash flow and reduce DSO
• partner with Sales, Operations, Legal, Treasury, and Finance
• support month-end and audit activities
• lead or support AR projects and process improvements
• mentor AR Analysts I and II.
